“I didn't know much about Zagreb, I only had one day. This tour impressed me and the guide Petra is fantastic! If it's your first time in Zagreb and you don't have much time, this is a great way to get to know the city, the culture, the people, and get great recommendations for restaurants. After the tour, I drank great coffee and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of this wonderful city. Thank you Petros Team”

2.City and WWII Tunnels Walking Tour

★★★★★★★★★★4.9 · 845 reviews · from $23

Walk Zagreb’s Lower and Upper Town with an English-speaking licensed guide such as Marko, Robert, Iva, or Lucia. Visit Zrinjevac Park, Dolac Market, and the WWII tunnels, then reach Grič Hill and St. Mark’s Church. The funicular ride is included when operating, but remains closed for renovation until March 2026.

“My guide was amazing! really knowledgeable but wasn’t at all boring, he delivers all the facts but adds in some humour to really keep you engaged the entire 2 hours. The company were really good and let me join late so I am very grateful for that adjustment. The only thing I would say is the funicular is closed for the foreseeable so if that is something that you are really looking forward to be aware that it isn’t running. In my opinion it didn’t change the tour in the slightest!”

“Jospia was absolutely lovely! I learned so much during my time with her. If you want to gain perspective about Zagreb’s history while immersing yourself in the local coffee culture Jospia is your girl. Besides her ability to educate, by end of the tour - I left with a new friend. We were in conversation the entire time. She is relatable and so open about all things! Highly recommend spending your time with her if you’re visiting. I’ll be jealous you’re there and I’m not!!”
