“My guide was amazing! really knowledgeable but wasn’t at all boring, he delivers all the facts but adds in some humour to really keep you engaged the entire 2 hours. The company were really good and let me join late so I am very grateful for that adjustment. The only thing I would say is the funicular is closed for the foreseeable so if that is something that you are really looking forward to be aware that it isn’t running. In my opinion it didn’t change the tour in the slightest!”

“This tour was not a good experience for us. Unfortunately, a heavy thunderstorm broke out right when our walking tour was supposed to begin. While we know that the weather can’t be blamed on the tour company, the walking half was canceled with no refund. We tried to do the panoramic views portion by van but our driver just seemed irritated with us and it made for an uncomfortable drive with little information shared. We booked 3 Viator excursions while on our cruise, the other 2 were great but this one did not meet our expectations.”
